THE PROGRAM

    Happy Me Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour

Course is a professional training program offering

an in depth education in Yoga for personal practice

and general health, as well as an introduction to

healing and spirituality.

    This program is appropriate for those wishing to

teach group Yoga classes, private classes or anyone

interested in diving into a beautiful journey of

self-awareness and healing.

COURSE STRUCTURE – 200 HOURS

- Starts January 21st & 22nd  2012

- 7 months duration

- 8 weekends (all Saturday and Sunday)

- 1 Three day weekend meeting (Friday-Monday)

- 150 hours of classroom presentation

- 5 hours of private mentoring with Lucia

- 20 hours of home study

- 10 hours of class observation

- 10 hours of supervised teaching

1. -5 hours of class presentations
   

COST:

Application and non-refundable deposit: $500

(if, for some reason, the training is cancelled,

the deposit will be reimbursed).

Certificate Route:

$2,300

Immersion Route:

$2,000
